Missing 1099 Information

这份报告将显示任何供应商或合同支付ors who are missing either an Employer Identification Number or a Social Security Number in their W-9 Information section. This information is not needed to add or pay a vendor, but is required to issue a 1099.You cannot create a 1099 for a vendor if W-9 information is missing.

This report is found underReports > 1099 Contractor Reports > Missing 1099 Information.

To complete the missing information:

• Click the vendor namein the report to go to the vendor information screen.
• Click Editin the top right corner.
• Enter the missing information.
• ClickSave.

You can also click the Edit link at the end of the vendor row to go directly to the vendor’s edit screen.
